Ordering on lineSelect the tickets you would like to purchase and click ‘Add to Bookings’
You can review your bookings by clicking "View Bookings".
Once you are happy with your bookings, click on ‘Checkout’.
You will be asked for your details and will have a chance to review and confirm your order. Once confirmed you will be able to make pay by credit/debit card via our secure payment facility. We will send you confirmation of your order via email.
Ordering by phoneYou may also place your order by phone: 01444 443000 (10am – 5-30pm Monday-Saturday)
Postage & Delivery We will post your tickets within 48 hours of your order, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.
All tickets will be posted second class.
Conditions of SaleThese tickets are sold to the purchaser by Opera Brava (Charity No. 328417).
Opera Brava does not accept responsibility for the loss of these tickets. Tickets are personal to the ticket holder and are non-transferable.
All performances will continue in wet weather and will only be abandoned in extreme conditions.
Any claims for refunds of ticket prices in the event of cancellation must be made in writing within one (1) year of the date of the event.

PaymentOpera Brava accepts Mastercard, Visa and all other debit cards. The card issuer will perform the required verification checks and only once the payment has been processed will we issue the tickets. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.
There will be an additional charge of £2 per transaction.
Every time you enter an area of the site that has or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon at the bottom of your browser window will appear that looks like a padlock to indicate that the site is secure. Opera Brava online booking sytem uses Sage Pay to handle credit/debit card payments. Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are active members of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council).
